SKRIPSI EVALUASI STANDAR PELAYANAN FARMASI

 ABSTRACT

EVALUATION OF MINIMUM STANDARD PHARMACY SERVICE
IN INSTALLATION PHARMACY of RSUD Dr. ISKAK
TULUNGAGUNG

Standard of pharmacy service minimized include a waiting time service of drug, no occurence of mistake giving of drug, Customer satisfaction, and giving prescription is based on formularium. Evaluation of Standard of minimum pharmacy service is aimed to Evaluate Standard of minimum service of pharmacy in  Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Tulungagung Dr.Iskak compared with minimum service standard of specified by Minister for Public Health No.129/MENKES/SK/II/2008 about minimizing standard of pharmacy service of the hospital.
This research use observation method, descriptive in prospective. Data collecting is conducted by observation, interview and questionnaire.
Result of the research shows that  average of waiting time service of patent medicine in dispensary of taking care of road in April, May, June: 27,94 minute, 28,72 minute, 27,70 minute. average of waiting time service of patent medicine in dispensary taking care of lodge in April, May, June: 25,12 minute, 35,37 minute, 37,96 minute. Average of waiting time service of drug ingredient in dispensary of taking care of road in April, May, June: 48,53 minute, 49,44 minute 47,01 minute. Average of waiting time service of drug ingredient in dispensary of taking care of lodge: 49,25 minute, 34,15 minute, 37,5 minute. Percentage of occurence of mistake of giving drug in dispensary of taking care of road during 3 months is not occured, in dispensary of taking care of lodge in April is not occured, in May 0,011% and June is not occured. Percentage of customer satisfaction in dispensary of taking care of road in April, May, June: 100%. Percentage of customer satisfaction in dispensary of taking care of lodge in April, May, June: 100%. Percentage of giving prescription is based on formularium in April, May, June: 99,61%, 99,80%, 99,29%.
Conclusion of this research that waiting time service of patent medicine in dispensary of taking care of road appropriate of standard, in dispensary of taking care of  lodge only in April appropriate of standard. Waiting time service of ingredient drug appropriate of standard. No occurance of mistake of giving of drug in dispensary of taking care of road appropriate of standard and in dispensary of taking care of lodge in May is not appropriate of standard yet. Customer Satisfaction is appropriate of standard. And prescribing as according to formularium is not  appropriate of standard yet.
